Which currencies can I use?
Any world currency, from the Ghana Cedi (GHS), Nigerian Naira (NGN) and Kenyan Shilling (KES) to the US Dollar, Euro and British Pound. Your local currency is picked for you, and you can change it in one tap.
Can I add VAT or another tax?
Yes. Enter a tax rate and rename the label to VAT, NHIL, GST or anything else. You can also give a percentage or fixed discount.
How do I add Mobile Money or bank details?
Put them in the Notes / Payment Details box, for example your MoMo number and name or your bank account. They print at the bottom of the invoice.
Why does the PDF show GHS instead of GH₵?
Standard PDF fonts cannot draw the cedi or naira symbols, so the PDF uses the currency code (GHS, NGN, KES) so it opens correctly everywhere. The live preview shows the symbol.
